RRC is seeking to acquire office and industrial opportunities throughout the Southwest.  Properties with challenging redevelopment, leasing or other opportunities are a particular interest.

RRC strives to use speed, agility, creativity and market knowledge to create value and returns not obvious to the market.  RRC's investments and operating expertise combined with our flat organizational structure allows us to move quickly on targeted opportunities.

We have strong relationships with lenders for those projects requiring a financing component.  We involved or lenders early in the acquisition process to review or strategy, endorse or assumptions and streamline the closing process.

RRC is currently in the process of raising its first equity fund known as our RRC Texas Fund I. the perspective fund will be in the $100 million dollar range of equity to acquire $200 million of office and industrial value add properties throughout the Southwest.

The fund will also be made up, of industrial core assets, build to suit activity, and speculative development.
