CCG is Granbury’s newest master-planned industrial park. CCG is being developed by RRC with Jerry Durant. The park is being developed in two phases, upon completion it will comprise of 432 acres with over 5,000,000 ft.² of development potential.  CCG has rail service on the Fort Worth Western Rail line via the short-haul provider. CCG is located North of Grandury on Loop 567, this location allows for excellent ingress and egress for distribution oriented companies.
